Today we will be taking photographs and/or taping an event.

By entering this area, and by your presence here today, you are giving your consent and agreement for the use of your likeness, voice and any sound effect products by you, without compensation and in perpetuity, in connection with any and all media worldwide for any purpose (including advertising, news, and promotion).

By entering this area, you release Broward Recovery Month and any and all media entities participating today, its successors, assigns, agents and those for whom they are acting, from any liability on account of such usage, and you agree that all such photographs and recordings shall be the sole property of Broward Recovery Month and/or the media entity participating today.

Participant specifically agrees to indemnify and hold this event & committee harmless from any liability arising or resulting from participant's actual and/or alleged statement and/or actions in connection with the production.

If you do not consent to the foregoing, please DO NOT ENTER this area. In the event you must enter, but you do not wish to be taped or photographed, please inform our crew/staff and avoid the area in front of the camera.
